My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a really big layout that included a large couch area. The welcoming service made me feel right at home, but unfortunately, the unfriendly staff lacked customer service skills. The location was ideal, easy walking distance to great dining, entertainment, and shopping options in the Theater District. The dining experience was lovely, offering delicious meals in a warm atmosphere.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were slightly outdated but spacious, clean, and offered a great view of Playhouse Square. The service was friendly, with staff always greeting me warmly. The location was convenient, allowing me to explore interesting areas of Cleveland on foot and was near Progressive Field. The dining experience in the Ghost Lounge was delightful, offering a cozy atmosphere and delicious dishes made to order.
